How do I shop at NEW|BAV?

In general, purchasing from NEW|BAV is simple:

  1. Choose the category you're interested in, such as Sweatshirts
  2. Browse the products that catch your attention and view product details such as materials and print designs.
  3. Add the item to your cart and choose to continue shopping or complete your purchase.
  4. You can register for an account or check out as a guest, and provide your billing and shipping information.
  5. Choose your payment method from options such as PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, and more.
  6. Confirm your order and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

In which countries can I buy online?

Currently, you can make online purchases from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The website is available in German and English.

If an item is out of stock, will it be available again?

If the item is not currently on sale, it will definitely be restocked. If a particular size is out of stock, feel free to reach out to us and
inquire about when the desired size will be back in stock.

How do I get new information about products?

Easy, subscribe to our newsletter. You can find the sign-up button on our homepage. We also regularly post updates from the world of NEWIBAV on our social media channels.

Can I unsubscribe from the NEWIBAV newsletter?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in every email we send.

How can I be sure I placed my order correctly?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please check to
make sure everything in your order is as you expected. If anything is
incorrect, simply send us an email at info@new-bav.de.

Can I find out about the status of my order?

Yes, after your order is received by us, it will be initially reviewed. If you have chosen PayPal payment, credit card purchase, or payment on invoice, your order will be immediately packed and shipped. Since January 2016, you will receive an email notification from DHL on the delivery date.

Can I delete an item from my order?

Yes, if you have not yet completed your order.

Can I delete my order even though the purchase has already been completed?

Yes, we would prefer that you inform us as a customer in advance if the order is not of interest to you before we have shipped the package. Simply send an email to retoure@new-bav.de and the team will cancel your order.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

All of our items are printed in Germany after the cut and are therefore checked one last time by our own team. That's why we only ship top-quality products that will make you as a customer happy. If there isan exception, simply send us an email at info@new-bav.de


What can I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you ever receive an item in your order that you did not order, we
apologize and our customer service team will take care of getting you a
replacement as soon as possible. To do this, simply send an email to info@new-bav.de.


Shipping

Where can I receive my order?

The order will be shipped to the address you provided during your order.
You can also specify a different billing address as the shipping
address.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the payment method you chose. We recommend PayPal payment or purchase on invoice. Then, the order will be packed immediately and shipped at the latest on the next working day. Shipping usually takes up
to 96 hours.
What do I have to pay for shipping?

Currently, we have the ability to offer our customers complete service and ship within Germany for €4.50. For international shipping, a fee of €8.50 will apply.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, after we have handed over your order to DHL, you will receive an email indicating the estimated delivery date of the package.

How does home delivery work

You provide your email address. After the order has been handed over to
DHL, you will receive an email with information about the planned
delivery date and have the option, if you are not available, to pick up
the order at a DHL designated package shop nearby.
