Please note your exchange request on the return slip and we will be happy to carry it out after receipt of the return. Please note that we cannot always guarantee an exchange as items can often be sold out. For this reason, we always recommend placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the product again.

Return process:

National and international returns

You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us at your own expense immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. All details can be found under: Right of withdrawal The products can only be returned if they are free of defects, unworn (except for the fitting) and unwashed. The buyer is liable for damage caused by improper fitting (e.g. deodorant or coffee stains).

After you have submitted the return to DHL, please send us an email to and register it. It is also important to keep the shipment receipt.
The returns are always credited in the week following receipt of the return. I.e.: After the warehouse has sorted the returns from Monday to Saturday in the warehouse, they are transferred from there to the accounting department. The credit will then be made in the following week on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Why do I have to pay the costs for the return?

The processing of shipping an order is often underestimated, but in addition to shipping fees, there are additional costs for packaging material + legal regulations such as packaging licensing. If the customer does not keep anything from his order, we as a company have no choice but to think about the profitability of our company. We thank you for your understanding.

How do I shop at NEW|BAV?

In general, purchasing from NEW|BAV is simple:

  2. Browse the products that catch your attention and view product details such as materials and print designs.

  4. You can register for an account or check out as a guest, and provide your billing and shipping information.

  6. Confirm your order and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

In which countries can I buy online?

Currently, you can make online purchases from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The website is available in German and English.

If an item is out of stock, will it be available again?

If the item is not currently on sale, it will definitely be restocked. If a particular size is out of stock, feel free to reach out to us and
inquire about when the desired size will be back in stock.

How can I be sure I placed my order correctly?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please check to
make sure everything in your order is as you expected. If anything is

Can I find out about the status of my order?

Yes, after your order is received by us, it will be initially reviewed. If you have chosen PayPal payment, credit card purchase, or payment on invoice, your order will be immediately packed and shipped. Since January 2016, you will receive an email notification from DHL on the delivery date.

Can I delete an item from my order?

Yes, if you have not yet completed your order.

Can I delete my order even though the purchase has already been completed?

Yes, we would prefer that you inform us as a customer in advance if the order is not of interest to you before we have shipped the package. Simply send an email to and the team will cancel your order.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

All of our items are printed in Germany after the cut and are therefore checked one last time by our own team. That's why we only ship top-quality products that will make you as a customer happy. If there isan exception, simply send us an email at

If you ever receive an item in your order that you did not order, we
apologize and our customer service team will take care of getting you a

It depends on the payment method you chose. We recommend PayPal payment or purchase on invoice. Then, the order will be packed immediately and shipped at the latest on the next working day. Shipping usually takes up

What do I have to pay for shipping?

Currently, we have the ability to offer our customers complete service and ship within Germany for €4.50. For international shipping, a fee of €8.50 will apply.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, after we have handed over your order to DHL, you will receive an email indicating the estimated delivery date of the package.

How does home delivery work

You provide your email address. After the order has been handed over to
DHL, you will receive an email with information about the planned
delivery date and have the option, if you are not available, to pick up
the order at a DHL designated package shop nearby.
