Return & Exchange
Please note your exchange request on the return slip and we will be happy to carry it out after receipt of the return. Please note that we cannot always guarantee an exchange as items can often be sold out. For this reason, we always recommend placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the product again.
National and international returns
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us at your own expense immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. All details can be found under: Right of withdrawal The products can only be returned if they are free of defects, unworn (except for the fitting) and unwashed. The buyer is liable for damage caused by improper fitting (e.g. deodorant or coffee stains).

After you have submitted the return to DHL, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and register it. It is also important to keep the shipment receipt.
The returns are always credited in the week following receipt of the return. I.e.: After the warehouse has sorted the returns from Monday to Saturday in the warehouse, they are transferred from there to the accounting department. The credit will then be made in the following week on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Why do I have to pay the costs for the return?
The processing of shipping an order is often underestimated, but in addition to shipping fees, there are additional costs for packaging material + legal regulations such as packaging licensing. If the customer does not keep anything from his order, we as a company have no choice but to think about the profitability of our company. We thank you for your understanding.
